All of our whole grain breads contain wheat flour that is grown and milled on our farm in Jordan, NY. We manage our crops without any synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and we use a stone mill to maximize the nutritional aspects of our whole grain flours.

The white flour used in our classic ciabatta and cheddar breads is produced by King Arthur Flour, located in Norwich, Vermont. King Arthur has been trusted by bakers for over 200 years and it is a 100% employee-owned company.
