Country Bread is our favorite for PB&J at home or sandwiches on the trail. With a slightly malty flavor, it's our most kid-friendly loaf.
Baked in Pullman pans without lids, our loaves of Country Bread have tall sides and a low crown—the ideal shape for avocado toast or hearty sandwiches.
Like all our whole grain breads, our Country Bread is made with wheat that's grown, milled, and sifted on our farm in Jordan. Shaped by hand and baked fresh every Friday, our Country Bread is among our weekly lineup of breads.
