We’re at a few more P&C stores now!
In addition to the Skaneateles P&C, you can now find our yogurts right in the dairy sections at the Westvale, Camillus, and Fayetteville P&C’s!
Also, if you happen to be in Elbridge on Friday evening, please stop by the Elbridge Plaza and see us at the “Taste of Elbridge” from 5:30 to 8:30!

Some of you may have visited our farm over the years as CSA members or farm market customers. We wanted to let you know that the only food we are growing now is for the cows! We have made a complete transition to dairy over the past year, so our farm market is not open this season for flower or veggie sales.
However, you are still welcome to stop by and say hello to us and meet the cows! You are also invited to buy milk and/or yogurt at the farm on Friday afternoons.
Watch for a blog posting next month, during raspberry season - we have far too many berries planted for our small family, so we plan to share the bounty with all of the customers & friends who have supported us over the past eight years!
Our local PBS station, WCNY, is producing a new show called “Food for Thought”. It airs every weekday at 12:30 p.m. Watch next Wednesday, June 13, to see a clip of our yogurt making process, and to see me making Greek Style Cucumber and Yogurt Dip in the studio with the host, George Kilpatrick!
Check out the WCNY website for more info at: http://www.wcny.org/wcnytv/foodforthought.php

Because the cows are making so much milk on the pasture right now (about 50 gallons a day), we’re jugging again!
Our fresh, rich, cream-on-top milk is available only at the Regional Market (and at the farm on Friday afternoons, if you live out this way - just give us a call to coordinate!).
Check out blogger Jennifer Baskerville-Burrows comments about our milk on her blog, Cooking in the ‘Cuse — http://jbbsyracuse.typepad.com/
We plan to continue jugging through the Grazing / Farmers Market season!
